• شرایط پذیرش خاص
  هتل از پذیرش افراد کمتر از ۱۸ سال بدون حضور والدین یا قیم معذور است. مسئولیت صدور واچر بر عهده آژانس یا مسافر است و هیچ مبلغی از طرف دفتر رزرواسیون استرداد نمی‌شود.
• طبقه و شماره اتاق
  طبقه و شماره اتاق هنگام ورود توسط پذیرش تعیین می‌شود. سعی بر اساس تعداد نفرات انجام می‌شود.
• رزرو
  رزرو اتاق صرفاً به نام مهمان صادر می‌شود و غیرقابل انتقال است. در صورت تأیید نشدن هتل، هتل دیگری جایگزین می‌شود و اختلاف نرخ طبق پکیج ما به التفاوت دریافت می‌شود.
• مسئولیت هتل
  هتل مسئول جاماندن، تأخیر یا لغو وسیله سفر نیست. در صورت کنسل شدن وسیله حمل‌ونقل، استرداد مبلغ شامل جریمه هتل خواهد شد. در صورت خرید پرواز وب سرویس (سیستمی) در قالب تور اگر کنسلی از طرف ایرلاین رخ دهد، آژانس مسئول جایگزینی پرواز نیست.
• تغییر تاریخ رزرو
  امکان تغییر تاریخ رزرو وجود ندارد.
• تغییر نوع اتاق و تعداد نفرات
  پس از رزرو، تغییر نوع اتاق یا تعداد نفرات امکان‌پذیر نیست.
• رزرو یک شب
  رزرو یک شب بدون هماهنگی با رزرواسیون معتبر نیست و با ۳۰٪ جریمه لغو می‌شود.
• رزرو گروهی
  رزرو بیش از ۳ باب اتاق باید با هماهنگی رزرواسیون انجام شود. در غیر این صورت با ۳۰٪ جریمه کنسل می‌شود.
• مدارک شناسایی
  همراه داشتن مدارک معتبر برای پذیرش الزامی است. مدارک محرمانه برای افرادی که در یک اتاق اقامت دارند، ضروری است.
• کودکان
  کودک بالای ۵ سال شامل هزینه بزرگسال می‌شود. هر اتاق: یک کودک ۲ تا ۵ سال رایگان (هزینه رفت و برگشت پرواز محاسبه می‌شود). در صورت داشتن کودک دوم، نرخ کامل هتل و پرواز محاسبه می‌شود.
• خدمات رایگان
  هزینه‌ای برای خدمات رایگان مانند استقبال فرودگاهی دریافت نمی‌شود. عدم استفاده از این خدمات قابل استرداد نیست.
• استقبال فرودگاهی
  انجام استقبال فرودگاهی به صورت گروهی و فقط یک نوبت به ازای هر اتاق است. درج شماره و ساعت پرواز الزامی است. خدمات از ساعت ۸:۳۰ تا ۲۲:۰۰ انجام می‌شود.
• خدمات جانبی
  هزینه استفاده از کافی‌شاپ، مینی‌بار و سایر خدمات جانبی بر عهده مهمان است.
• تمدید اقامت
  درخواست تمدید باید با رزرواسیون هماهنگ شود. در غیر این صورت تغییر نوع اتاق طبق نظر رزرواسیون انجام می‌شود.
• ساعات تحویل و تخلیه
  ساعت تحویل ۱۵ و ساعت تخلیه ۱۲ می باشد. هزینه نیم شارژ طبق نظر هتل دریافت می‌شود.
• مهمان غیرایرانی
  نرخ متفاوت است؛ هنگام رزرو هماهنگی لازم با دفتر رزرواسیون انجام شود.
• استخر هتل
  استفاده از استخر یک نوبت (سانس یک ساعت) رایگان است.
• قوانین کنسلی
  از ۱ دقیقه پس از رزرو تا ۲۴ ساعت قبل از ورود: کنسلی با جریمه دو شب (هزینه شب اول و دوم) انجام می‌شود. بعد از ۲۴ ساعت قبل از ورود: کل هزینه رزرو سوخت کامل محسوب می‌شود و مبلغ استرداد نمی‌شود. در صورت عدم حضور مهمان، مبلغ استرداد نمی‌شود.
• ایام پیک (نوروز و تعطیلات ویژه): تور و اقامت غیرقابل استرداد و کنسلی است.
  

• Special Admission Conditions
  The hotel does not accept guests under 18 years old without a parent or guardian. The responsibility for issuing the voucher lies with the agency or the guest, and no refund will be made by the reservation office.
• Floor & Room Number
  The floor and room number are assigned by the reception upon arrival. Efforts will be made according to the number of guests.
• Reservation
  Rooms are issued only in the guest's name and cannot be transferred. If the hotel is not confirmed, another hotel will be assigned, and any rate difference will be charged according to the package.
• Hotel Responsibility
  The hotel is not responsible for missed, delayed, or canceled transportation. In case of transportation cancellation, refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation fee. For web service (system) flights booked as part of a tour, if the airline cancels, the agency is not responsible for replacement flights.
• Reservation Date Changes
  Changes to the reservation dates are not allowed.
• Room Type & Guest Changes
  After booking, changes to the room type or number of guests are not permitted.
• One-Night Reservation
  One-night reservations without coordination with the reservation office are not valid and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
• Group Reservations
  Booking more than 3 rooms must be coordinated with the reservation office. Otherwise, reservations will be canceled with a 30% fee.
• Identification Documents
  Guests must present valid identification upon check-in. Confidential documents are required for guests sharing the same room.
• Children
  Children over 5 years old are charged as adults. Each room: one child aged 2–5 is free (flight cost is calculated separately). For a second child, full hotel and flight rates will be charged.
• Complimentary Services
  No charges are applied for complimentary services such as airport pickup. Unused services are non-refundable.
• Airport Pickup
  Airport pickup is group-based and only one time per room. Flight number and arrival time are required. Service is available from 08:30 to 22:00.
• Additional Services
  Guests are responsible for charges from café, minibar, and other extra services.
• Extend Stay
  Requests to extend stay must be coordinated with the reservation office. Otherwise, room type changes are subject to hotel discretion.
• Check-In & Check-Out
  Check-in time: 15:00. Check-out time: 12:00. Half-day charges are applied at the hotel’s discretion.
• Non-Iranian Guests
  Rates may differ; coordination with the reservation office is required when booking.
• Hotel Pool
  Use of the pool is free for one session (1 hour) per room.
• Cancellation Policy
  From 1 minute after booking until 24 hours before check-in: Cancellation incurs a 2-night fee (first and second night). After 24 hours before check-in: Full booking cost is non-refundable. No refund is provided in case of no-show.
• Peak seasons (Nowruz & special holidays)
  Tours and accommodation are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
